Downloading norton 360 completely locked up my compute

I bought Norton 360 subscriptionon 14-Jan. It's totally foulrd up my pc. Basically am fortunate enough to create up a chosen product, it's secured there. I can't move more. The chosen site is secured. All of the period alt / ctl/del willnot take it off, just manuall shutdown. I've uninstalled it and also have my pc in procedure. I

I'd just like a reimbursement of the price.
