Didn't load properly / was charged

I attempted to obtain restoration for nortons also it stated it went through nevertheless when I attempted to check out it it stated it had been not saved. And so I needed to get purchase one in the shop and use it my pc. I'd prefer to be remebursed for that costs to my charge card. $59.99. If you require a backup of my bill for after I bought it in the shop times later I'll be pleased to send it for you. You've all my charge card info. 6/13/09 was when my mastercard was billed.
