Over charged

After I visited purchase my products the worker stated my charge card wouldn't proceed thru, and so I offered her another card which wouldn't get thru both. And so I paid money. Both my charge cards were billed and that I paid money, I had been about the telephone using the shop and corporate for nearly an hour or so, needed to return to shop and also the supervisor stated he'd repair it, but to obtain in point so he can use register. Tax-free trip to shop therefore there is 10 people in-line. I'm within the service-industry and that I would not send anyone to the rear of point while I had been currently looking after them, particularly when it had been the shops problem. They never did return possibly of my charge cards or something.
