Fry's false rebate claims

I bought a ESI wireless gear from Frys with a $15 rebate check promised in Nov. After 8 months of following up with the ESI rebate center and writing several mails apart from inumerable calls there is no response. First they would keep telling me I would receive it in 3 weeks - later they said they have sent the check which I of course never received. Now, when I call the no. It just asks you to send them an email. It is very clear that the rebate processing company is cheating and Frys does not have an answer for that too. It is Fry's responsibility to check that they do not work with such operators. I have lost my faith in Frys because of such partners.
