Phone Order Shipped to Wrong Address and Promised Credits Not Applied

First they screwed up my shipping address while taking the phone order. Next, they placed another order and promised 2 credits for it, but finally did not process the credits as promised over the phone. The person who took the phone order has no authority in terms of providing "credit" so beware when you make phone orders at HP Home & Office.
