Fraudulous tactic

I call this computer to obtain a computer and at the same time to try to boost my credit. They had me pay a fee for $99 then a weekly payment. I realized the price they wanted to charge for the laptop was too outrageous, so i decided to back down from the deal. I called the customer service day after day with no results, they had me on hold for a long period of time. I sent them e-mail, left them messages saying i want to cancel my account but still no success. Those people are train very well to still people's money. When i finnally decided to call the people who takes the order, they told me they can not transfer me to the customer service department, or the place were under construction they could not call me back, or they move to another building. I had to cancel my checking account to stop them from taking any more money into my account.
