I have been with Sprint as a cellular customer for a period of 5 years. I am continually amazed at how inefficient and irresponsible this company is... How laborious it is to resolve a problem that was initiated by Sprint... And how much time it takes. About one half of the representatives I've dealt with have been respectful and made efforts to mitigate, but at least 50% of them have been uninformed, inefficient and rude. How a company that spends billions of dollars in recruiting customers doesn't see a better way to retain the ones they have is a mystery. This has been one of the most disappointing communication companies I've ever dealt with, although, there have been some who came close.
