Use it Properly

I had connection issues and fixed them by keeping my computer ON and setting power saving to ALWAYS BE ON. If your system goes to sleep then the unit will not work. I still get intermittent outages but that is simply fixed by removing device and replacing it... I cant see how people want perfection when its only 20 dollars a YEAR... Wake up and appreciate the savings.
