No refund of paymnt

I had been producing paymnts promptly to financing options & subsequently hurricane katrina hit new orleans & after i approached funding alternatives for a refund on our 900 & anything bucks, they preceded to inform me i can't get a reimbursement & our money was a reduction since our paymnts had stopped. I've no control over nature & in my opinion i'm eligible for a full refund of my money. That is some bogus s#! T.
