I requested a MSI notebook on November the Next 2008 from Chilled Pcs, http://www.frostycomputers.com/. What I obtained were two energy products rather than the notebook. I named the Chilled Pcs customer support. The contact individual was Ben Hsu who assured me he had delivered me the notebook through USPS.

Then I reported towards the USPS. An USPS inspector examined the box and informed me the tag about the box that I obtained wasn't changed and there's no method for someone in the USPS to alter the tag to a different container, therefore the box that I obtained was the one which Chilled Pcs directed me. The tag was produced by Chilled Pcs simply because they have a merchant account on eBay.

Email fraud was the final outcome of the whole poor encounter, Chilled Pcs built me shed my cash, and spend my period.
