On November 11th I ordered online from the Zune.net sitr a 8 GIG ZUNE. Order #10309929 & email correspondence #SRX1085998399IDI have been billed to my visa my account and to this day January 6th I have not received the product. ONLY after I email an inquiry of my order countless times do i get a promisary "we'll look into it" email. Shipping confirmation and tracking info was promised, but never given. I have no information from Microsoft that they are progressing in giving me customer satisfaction.
