Cannot Access Games a Month After Paying Despite Re-registering

I taken care of membership Pogo games 1- month before, today I can't access my activities, despite re-registering under another display title and password. I can't actually enter connection with customer support. I'd like my bill canceled. I won't suggest pogo Activities to anyone otherwise, personally I think it had been a rip off.
