Paying for a product that I have not received

I also have already been spending money on an item since March of each time I contact these folks they provide me really lame reasons. I had been informed in September that I'd obtain the cargo the final week of July, it didn't deliver, I had been subsequently informed that it had been arriving Sept. The following justification of why it did not ship was the Stock Exchange accident. Then I had been informed it had been arriving Oct. Used to do not obtain something, next time I named it had been said to be below 11-26, nevertheless NO PC. I named nowadays 12-10 and was informed that my acct. Has become inactive since they haven't obtained an immediate deposit since Oct. Obviously I had been never made conscious of this data till I named them-and they nevertheless have $1,400.00 of my cash and that I still don't have any item. These would be the most rudest and un professional group of people who I've actually handled and that I can't think that I allow myself be SNOWED by them.
