I purchased their anti virus item also it fails and discovered that tis not really their item however many others they retitled and resold - extremely deceptive.

I Have named their helpdesk however they cannot solve the issue. They wont provide me my money-back and today do not return my calls.

Has someone else encounter this issue? I never heard about them-but got a contact also it appeared o. K; my error and won't purchase an on line item again. Our charge card business is having issues obtaining a reaction but Iam confident Iam coated using the on line fraud insurance.
