Submitted my momis notebook to get a poor travel. I guess I really could have gotten a push and named Sony and gotten the initial picture, but she'd settled $399 for this guarantee. Delivered notebook at my cost that was obtained (UPS monitoring) on 10/20/08. For that first week they refused they'd it. Today, going back many weeks they merely state they "don't have any standing". Numerous demands to talk to somebody apart from the answerer of the telephone have led to long supports or being informed to call-back tomorrow.
