I paid $200 for a year of tech support for up to three computers and upon calling for some support, the recording states that they appreciate my patience and the expected wait time is 5 to 10 minutes. It is 4am now and I've been on hold for an hour. The recording comes on at about every 20 seconds or so repeating the same thing. This is the second time I am dealing with tech support. The first time was when I paid for the service and they got someone on the phone immediately.in addition, they were working on removing spyware, etc. My laptop is still infected badly so the 6hrs or so I was on the phone with them the first time did not improve performance on my computer.
