Terrible everything

The Evesham Voyager 6400 laptop we bought last year has been thoroughly unreliable. It has repeatedly crashed, locked up, the USB ports have worked sporadically and the expansion port fell to pieces though it had not been used. Repairs have been unsatisfactory and a replacement exhibited the same faults as the original. Though payment was made for a on-site repair, each time it needed to be repaired the computer had to be returned to Evesham. This has meant that, though we have owned the computer for nearly a year we have lost the use of it for at least three months.in addition, work has been lost and time has had to be spent re-installing and setting up programs each time repairs have resulted in wiping the hard disc. We cannot get a refund and are stuck with a computer and a company in which we have no faith.
