Organization charged my acct available of toner cartridges, and simultaneously delivered me an email the products were on back-order, to become delivered "quickly." Named their customer support number 1 week later. From service. Named their order quantity. No solution. Any organization who costs before delivery is dubious; that one seems to be working fraudulently.
