Don't buy PNY product!

On June 29th i bought a PNY 1GB SD card 2-pack from CompUSA in Orem, Utah. There is a $10 email in rebate present on possibly the 1GB SD 2-pack, or perhaps a 512MB Compactflash card, to get a feasible whole of $20 in refund, should you purchased among each. I just purchased the 1GB SD 2-pack. I shipped within the refund such as the UPC inside a fortnight, nicely inside the time-limit.

On July 28th, i obtained a postcard saying that my refund was unacceptable since i didn't publish a UPC for that 512MB Compactflash card. The web site stated exactly the same purpose. Neither the web site, or the postcard described a lost UPC for that 1MB SD 2-pack.

I called the telephone number and was informed that I'd need to send in a duplicate of the UPC before they might do something. They'd not take it by email. Who still includes a fax device within this era? Who cannot take email nowadays?

I double-checked the web site, AND TODAY it provides the reason behind being unacceptable as equally UPCs being lacking. Somehow they dropped the UPC for what i purchased after I named them to inquire about it? That is undesirable.

I visited CompUSA to come back the merchandise, and undoubtedly the UPC is absent which is after dark return day. Nonetheless they were prepared to provide me the $10 for that refund subsequently and there, in money.

I'd have preferred to obtain all my money-back and never allow PNY have some of it. But atleast I acquired my refund, but in the Store, not from PNY.

Do Not get PNY item, particularly if there's a email in discount.
