Deceptive sales practices

I called this company to make sure that a pert would work for my computer. They told me it would they told me nothing about their no return policy or their 25% restock fee if they did accept a return. Based on what the company told me I purchased the part and adapter for the part. I received the part and had the Apple Co retail store install the part. I took the part and computer home and was unable to get the part to work. I called the company and they told me nothing that would make the part work. I hired a pro tech co to come to my house he was unable to get the part to work for the purpose intended. I called the company and was told no refund and the part works. The person I talked to refuse to give me a supervisor and told me no one else is at the company address. This company invoice has the APPLE logo on the top of it.
