Notebook doesn't work!

Our son needed an Alienware for his grade-school school. Their parents and us (Grandparents) went jointly and got him one. We're speaking $5,000.00. This is the 3rd period it's been delivered back since it doesn't function. This child hasn't had the opportunity to make use of this for six months. What's the issue. We're speaking lots of cash along with a kidis broken heart. Alienware must have it together.
