Dell may receive poor ratings for customer service on their customer's computers problems, but I have had excellent results when I needed to add additional memory to my machine. The person I talked with was knowledgeable, asked a few questions, took my order, gave me his phone number, and asked me to call him directly if I had any problems.
The e-mail conformation came a few minutes later, and the correct part arrived within two days.
