CONSTANT PROBLEMS ACCESSING MY OWN WEBSITE!!!

These people are a nightmare. They took the money for my website and then promptly shut it down after they took my money. It took over a week to get them to open it again. Half the time I try to log in I get "Login Expired" messages. I am locked out of my own website AGAIN right now even though I called to get help with it. As it is every time you call, you talk to a person you can barely understand who then says they will refer the problem to one of their techs. Why can't you just talk to a tech when you call?? I have no idea when (if ever) these jokers will give me access to my web site again. Once my contract is up, I will never use this service again and suggest that EVERYONE avoid them!!!
