I am really upset with Quick books level of customer service. I did sent email for cancellation of my current subscription on 16th Dec but have not received any conformation or response yet. I did called on 17th Dec to talk to some one for cancellation conformation - after 30 min of waiting guy transfers me to cancellation department for another 20 min wait. Today I called again at 11 AM and after 40 min wait agent transfers to cancellation department and good part is for waiting up to 12.55 PM line gets disconnected. Now calling again and recording said there are 13 unlucky frustrated people like me ahead, means I have to wait another hour or so.
