KVMGalore brutal - SOHO Dual VGA, 2-Ports Model F1DH102L

I have recently ordered SOHO Dual VGA, 2-Ports from KVM glore and in that process I have to deal with them. It is extremely unprofessionals. I have no idea how they are running the business. Never deal with these jerks otherwise you will shoot your blood pressure. They are not clear when they sell and they have heavy return fees if for some reason you don't like their product.
