I order a Dell Inspiron 7720 laptop, Sku: 7850043 at Best Buy Hato Rey Puerto Rico and charge it to the credit card. It was suppose to be delivered at the store. After 11 day since the order was place and 2 days before the delivery date, the order was cancel by Best Buy. The reason was that the laptop was not available. When I spoke to a seller at the store there was no information about when the item will be available. The item was still advertise at Best buy online but the customers from Puerto Rico can not buy it online. We have to order at the store. Best Buy did not supply my need.
