Payment Posted to Someone Else's Account and No Refund

I made a payment and it posted to someone else's account. It's been over a month and I still haven't received a refund or credit to my account. I have contacted Cricket customer service several times with no luck. I just want my money back, and no one there can help. It's a headache. Just give me my money!
