Magicjack is a big ripoff, my magicjack worked half the time, other times it would disconnect or have terrible static, or a couple of times the people i have called could not even hear me, though i could hear them perfectly.
The only way to contact them is through their website, through a live chat, which i got disconnected a couple of times just.
They say try it free for a month
