Purchased trousers for my 6-year old boy in April. Trousers were mislabeled so when we got them house, these were far too large. I chose to maintain them-and wish they'd match int he drop. While Drop arrived and we tried them on, the click fell apart right into a few items. The trousers won't shut. The shop won't support. The organization office does not react. The organization must uphold the caliber of their clothes. This really is an unworn product and that I had the bill. They'd no-interest in assisting. I paid $29.90 for these trousers. I had been just wishing to change them for another set. To date, they've not been receptive and so I needed to place the cost in challenge with my charge card business. I simply wish to alert others the organization does not appear all that thinking about quality customer support (atleast in my own knowledge).
