They are bunch of scammers

My partner put an order for just two sets of sneakers from BocTrade.com. She's in stress as she's never gotten the sneakers. They're couple of scammers. I do want to discover the method to return $280. It's a large amount of cash for all of US. Please provide me a bit of guidance!
