Scamming people

This is a website SCAM — I ordered a pair of shoes and got none. I paid with Pay pal and filed a dispute. They said the website gave a tracking number. I got two very small strange packages in the mail. One with a small shower cap and the other with a strange vial o f blue liquid. I decided to research the name on the outside of the pacakges XIAOYA YANG. Upon researching I came across your site. See claim: http://usashameboard.com/complaints/kelly-mall-shoes-do-not-order-c60345.html

They are scamming people claiming to sell shoes. Then when Paypal researches they send these ridiculous tiny items through the mail claiming they sent the shoes. They are under these names:

STYLEZALA SHOES or Sarastylefaihhi or ONLY A SHOP.com or Henrietta White

Or xiaoya yang
