Ordered a pair of bridesmaid shoes which were never delivered

Requested a set of bridesmaid shoes that have been never shipped. Despite numerous efforts of contacting the organization to get a reimbursement, they didn't react to emails. The same occurred to my sibling the entire year before but used to donot recognize it had been exactly the same organization. Don't suggest!
