I requested apparel on 5/12 and was cost 24 hours later.
A couple of days later they delivered me a note stating my purchase could be delivered late because of greater than typical purchase amounts. The e-mail stated they'd be implementing a discount to my purchase, which may be delivered within five times.
A week ago I began attempting to achieve them - by e-mail "customerchampion@eshakti.com", their customer comments device on the site, and through making communications in the detailed telephone number. I have actually turned to looking to get an answer off Facebook.
On my bill on the site, it displays my purchase as "not delivered" but does not provide any more information.
If anybody knows of the method to acquire an answer from their customer support to obtain an update or ways to get a reimbursement, please let me understand.
