Bad Service/Refund process

I'd requested some products in the shop. That which was described wasn't what I obtained. I required a return agreement and delivered back at my cost. I waited 8 weeks for my reimbursement before I began calling. I really could never achieve them about the telephone. The point might simply ring and band and band till it had been ended. After I did ultimately achieve somebody she stated that she was sorry which some how my deal was overlooked throughout the discounts. She stated it'd be three business days that we waited. I then waited one more week. Lastly I approached my lender and submitted a challenge. The returned my income. 8 weeks later (four whole) they ultimately returned my purchase minus what I paid-for delivery and handling after which named my lender and had them change the costs. Completely bad location. You will not have the ability to achieve them. Do not even bother. Complete rip off.!!!
