Defective Shoe

Type of high-heel sneakers are Klarisa G-ND. Shade is Naked patent. SKU of the pumps are 301262351. Used once to visit supper and home. Used mainly on carpet. Shortly at-all and that I looked over the high heel shoes after I returned house and about the right one the heel component isn't correctly connected. Its not arranged properly. The caliber of these shoes are bad. The best heel is faulty and may cause damage. I'd just like a complete reimbursement or trade in same price. The one who I spoke to within the shop was rude and he or she stated " they're simply fixed on incorrect, although not falling apart." In my experience that's a deficiency.
