Shipping charges incorrect

I've recently positioned two purchases to become sent to England. Although putting the purchases the delivery price was proved to be £4.42 Sterling. A contact arrived to display they'd billed $50 for delivery on each purchase. I attempted to stop instantly my purchase. But was told I really couldnot. I find this completely undesirable to become billed $50 twice when it had been demonstrated about the purchase form to become £4.42. Please return quickly the distinction.
