Won't refund credit

The corporation has non existent customer support. Requested 3 gowns utilizing a credit (simply because they won't give a reimbursement to get a return). Was advised these were readily available for instant delivery - just one of three came (that was far too little). They might not inform me when others could be delivered therefore terminated one and was informed another was stopped. They've not returned the credit for that discontinued gown. I've sent many times (that they simply dismiss) and also have voiced to some boss (who'll not return telephone calls). This is not rocket technology. They did not provide the gown, return the credit. This is not the only real site promoting these gowns. Purchase with another person - you may really get customer support.
