Avoid shopping with them

I purchased a Guess carrier in Rome, Italy. (I have got the statement in my own ownership to show it). I subsequently returned to London, Italy, where I stay. Today I'm in Rio de Janeiro for hollydays until June 14th and that I discovered the sides of the handle were ripping down! It is a kind of a plastic that is fixed towards the sides of the plastic components to maintain it from ripping aside (the made components continue to be okay, however). I would like to understand so what can I-do, the soonest as you can (to prevent it to carry on peeling through). I will ship pictures of the broken components along with a backup of the statement if required.
