False advertising, poor refund policy

They market pressure stockings. I purchased versions from 2 different brandnames: Trueform and Second-Skin. These were marketed as 15-20 retention. That which was shipped was similar clothes in various presentation, having a cost distinction of $3 per set. After I approached them, they suggested the plan was "consumer beware" and declined a reimbursement for that distinction. They stated one line was a discount point, but accepted these were exactly the same item. Regardless, the clothes ended up to become lightweight and never in the publicized retention, so far as I really could tell.
