Did not receive my product-company will not send it or refund me

I requested three items and didn't obtain one of these. It was a wig for my costume. After I approached AMIclubwear, they explained that "it had been about the packaging slip" that we understand since I obtained the packing slip. Nevertheless, I actually donot care whatis about the packaging slip, I care whatis in my own bundle. The bundle I obtained was in excellent situation and was untampered with and unopened. The only real issues inside were the gloves and sneakers I requested. There isnot actually any packaging supplies for example bubblewrap, document, or packing nuts for it to obtain lost in. Only one shoebox along with a plastic carrier using the gloves inside it. AMI claims they have to do a study today with my delivery provider, but I actually donot have occasion for this, when I understand to get a proven fact that my bundle was ideal and unopened. Nothing appeared strange and so I know-nothing was eliminated after cargo (plus, who'd grab a gold bad outfit wig?). Them merely wasn't contained in my purchase and that I possibly want to buy before my halloween celebration about the 28th or perhaps a reimbursement for that complete cost of the wig $19.99. I truly only wished to get what I requested for my outfit but it has become an entire headache coping with the corporation.
