I obtained a Canadian online purchase but it'd NO packaging fall inside it!!! So then I created a phone towards the U.S. For them and they explained that they CANNOT deliver me the packaging fall because of it will have now been contained in my bundle because theyare not able to re print it but will even enter an email into my consideration which I will produce it removed from the purchase background!!! And so I published that down and went in store in Europe to come back an item that I had beennot pleased with plus they explained that I COULD NOT return it since I did not possess the initial packaging ease!!! I have told them the issue and just how around within the U.S. Explained that they've inputted an email into my consideration which they CANNOT deliver me the packaging slip as it must have been contained in my bundle because of theyare not able to re print it, and also the store-manager, the missing reduction specialist, and also the additional workers, explained that I required a vaild Government-released picture identification to be able to create the return!!! I hardly understand why that is required to be able to create the return when I OBVIOUSLY HAVE EVIDENCE that I bought it FROM YOUR OWN organization!!! I'd like A COMPREHENSIVE ANALYSIS to become applied along with a OBVIOUS CLARIFICATION why my packing slip WAS NOT contained in my bundle and that I need them DISMISSED because they didn't do their work precisely for CONNING ME!!! I'll NEVER STORE at Sephora online as well as in-shop again for Iam TOTALLY UPSET using the TERRIBLE customer support THAT THE organization has provided me because of I've TOTALLY LOST RELIGION INSIDE YOUR organization as I JUST CANNOT CONFIDENCE whether I may be CHEATED AGAIN from purchasing online using the ABSENT product (s), THE INCORRECT product (s), AND/OR with no packaging ease and how I may be CHEATED in store when they DID NOT include/provide me the bill for my buy (s)!!! I'll definitely be passing this on!!!
