Bad customer service & attitude

I purchased two sets of shoes on aldo.com. Plus they are simply not comfortable. All I needed was to come back it. However the shop help and Manger (Steven) simply had that very poor attitudes towards us. You will find nothing wrong with my shoes, except there's small stone caught beneath the base, plus they insisted that I've used these outside. Additionally, since I've attempted both sets in my own space, by which my ground isn't as clear as Aldo's. So that they make sure that I've used these shoes outside, that we never did. I do want to return these sets of shoes simply because they composed by inexpensive supplies plus they harm my toes after i tried them. I'd have held them when they didn't harm my toes so poor, and make me so unpleasant. It leaves me no option but returning these shoes. The primary customer support also email the supervisor (Steven) but he never named me to resolve the issue, so when I named him, he held fighting with poor attitude.
