I'm convinced that their Client (Low) Support people failed and not actually finished from Kindergarten…

I delivered some products on July 8, and between July 18 and July 24 I asked them EIGHT situations when they obtained the things since I've yet to determine a change of costs on my charge card record online. They offered me every different type of details about reimbursement plan, etc., EXCEPT to reply my easy issue "DID YOU GET IT?".

Finally I e mailed them "should you people proceed to WOn't reply my easy issue after my SEVENTH demand, I'll document a challenge with my charge card organization and certainly will post a criticism on complaints.com. Which was TWO nights before, and people dodois haven't actually responded for this date…
