Never received Lacoste Polo Shirt

I requested a Lacoste Polo Shirt 30th January. There shipping says your product is sent the next morning. Nothing had appeared following a week and so I sent them about not getting my Polo-Shirt and was informed it had been being sent about the sunday. Nevertheless nothing is here and that I think this website is just a scam.
