Requested a costly Nom de Plume costume from Electrique Boutique AT-LEAST 30 days just before Halloween of 2010.
Also a set of inexpensive stockings togo with was requested.
14 Days passed, no bundle
Delivered an email asking my acquisitions
Couple of days later obtained little bundle comprising the inexpensive stockings WITH NO $100 outfit!
Never got a reimbursement
Took my cash

Terrible customer support. You can say they've none. Dead people operate their phones.
