I put an order on 2/23 and obtained an instantaneous confirmation via email. On 3/23 when it'dnot appeared, I sent a contact. There's no telephone number on the website. Their state on the website that they can react to all emails within 24 hours. Did not obtain a answer that e-mail, or the following 4 I delivered. Their "contact us" type really delivered a mistake signal, but I had been ready to find a contact address on the website. The negative information is the fact that I required that gown to get a wedding that my child was flower-girl in. What's promising is the fact that they never charged me. I'd not try to work with this particular poor procedure.
