Sold us a dryrotten fur that they knew was bad, they bought out another fur coat

I purchased my spouse a hair cover in 2007 and informed them in 2008 it had been ripping. It held breaking. Subsequently last year we determined it had been dry rotted. Among the salesman stated they purchased another hair shop out plus some of the jackets may have been dryrotted. They created a cope with us and stated they'd provide us another layer similar to the main one we'd. They stated they might just look for a layer which was $2K significantly more than the main one we formerly purchased and desired that quantity. I declined and informed them to provide me my cash back. They declined and that I got the layer back. I actually donot understand where you can proceed from below. I did so inform them I had been likely to prosecute them. Which was in March. 2010.
