Horrible, horrible, stay away

DON'T purchase from these inexperienced individuals. I put an order Friday, required and taken care of overnight delivery. Tomorrow is FRIDAY and that I am not really likely to get one product from my purchase.

I called after I put my purchase and was informed that it'd be prepared and submitted 24 hours. 2 nights later, it still wasnt prepared or delivered. I delivered them a contact and named them. I had been unhappy at this time over time and wasn't excellent in my own mail and tell them they had destroyed my birthday ideas for my spouse.

The "operator" sent me back and explained that there is more to reside than accusing them for destroying my partners birthday and they had more clients than me to cope with which I ought to reread my emails and find out how poor I seem for them. TRULY???!! This Can Be A skilled company??? It seems like some location that's ran out-of a cellar somewhere. TERRIBLE SUPPORT! I'venot actually got any items however, and so I cannot discuss if they're as explained.
