I requested two bike boots and obtained equally lids within their own box in the bigger container. I find the one which healthy and delivered another. I adopted the directions contained in cargo. Nowadays I obtained the helmet back, having a form-letter declaring that I delivered within the storage container, consequently BROKEN. The helmet is in excellent situation. I approached customer support, they explained that it had been good sense to come back in both containers. No refund. There return directions ought to be clear. I believe this is how they con people. Don't work with leather up.com!!
