Non delivery, poor customer service

I put an order on 12/13/10 and completely likely to obtain it by Holiday. A couple of days before I approached them-and they explained it had been resting within their delivery division without any clarification or treatment. They stated they might not stop, change or discount the purchase, my only option is always to decline the bundle when it came and that I must anticipate it from the 28th of Dec. Nowadays, 1/7 it still has not even shipped. There's no conversation in the organization at-all and that Iam unsure if they're rescheduling the purchase today or however likely to vessel? Do not wish to purchase elsewhere till I understand. Customer Support is HORRIBLE - they might not care less and that I would really like CUSTOMERS to BEWARE!!!
